Cancellation Policy

I ask that you kindly cancel your appointment at least 48 hours beforehand. All appointment deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the forfeit of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to your card on file for any no shows or appointments cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled time, if no deposit was collected.
